Comparisons to iconic bands like Queen, The Cars, and Muse can be hard to live up to, but Philly-based SPiN continually earns such great accolades with each release. Grammy-nominated producer/engineer Luke Tozour (P!nk, Katy Perry, Mika) noted the band’s “classic epic songwriting with a modern pop twist!” and AntiMusic.com raved the “hard-driving power chords and edgy overtones layering over thoughtful, subtle melodic progressions.” Vintage Guitar Magazine says SPiN finds “…a comfortable space between emo and the grittier side of power pop…some very radio-friendly material.” TV and film like SPiN, too.SPiN’s single “Happy Together” reached #1 on the iTunes indie rock charts, was featured in full on the CBS Show “Stalker” and has nearly a half-million combined streams on YouTube and Spotify.
