Swingin' SophistiCats is a swingin' tentet featuring 5-horns, 4- rythm, and vocalist. The Cat's perform all genres of swing from the 30's up to modern jump and everything in between. We also perform blues, Elvis, The Who, and traditional ballroom dance including cha cha, rhumba, tango, waltz, fast step, fox trot, samba, calypso and more.
Dynamic Singer Songwriter, Anita Brown, has a musical vibe that blends perfectly with the style that the 'Pied Piper', R. Kelly is bringing back!  Perfect timing and mastery of that tempo and sound. Anita's songs will knock you over with their proverbial feathers. From the stripped-back slow bluesy soul of "This Love", to the uplifting, power of "Rest of the Day".
Son to traveling had working parents, AM received various musical influences from around the globe. The music of A.M. is not to be placed in any box….only enjoyed. A man who was once homeless, he presents his passion and pains through music, and looks to let the world adopt a new look through his eyes.
During the spring of his sophomore year Luke was dismissed from student housing and academics as a result of underage drinking misdemeanors. Inspired by a Kid Cudi song, "Cudi Zone," Luke then wrote the song, "Feels Like (Whoa)" which articulated where he perceived his life was.
In late 2011, Kiirstin Kuhi found herself at a crossroads. She had served as the dynamic front person and co-songwriter for several different bands since 2005, from progressive post-hardcore band, Ground to Machine to genre-bending piano rock band, Verity In Stereo. Inspired and motivated by the successes of each act but seeking to grow as an artist, Kiirstin Marilyn was born.
Tret Fure began her career at the age of 16, singing in coffeehouses and campuses in the Midwest.  At 19, she moved to LA in hopes of obtaining a record deal.  Within a year she was performing as guitarist and vocalist for Spencer Davis, touring with him and penning the single for his album “Mousetrap”.
Josh Bowen is an eminent singer songwriter originating from the Enchanted Mountains of Portville, New York. Distinct, powerful warm vocals and complete jurisdiction of his guitar makes his performances organic, barefoot and full of soul. Meld Classic Rock, Blues, Reggae and Jam Band you have Josh Bowen's Americana style.
Rick Lewis is an internationally seasoned worship leader and accomplished singer/songwriter whose southern roots resonate in both his beautiful ballads and southern rock-style worship. His 2009-release CD, “Where Are You Running To”, is a versatile mix of deeply felt worship expressed through musical creativity.
Thought Penny is the newest project by Doug and Christine Cochran.  It is based on the premise that thoughts are the most valuable asset in the universe.  And yet, we put so little value on the thoughts of others. “A penny for your thoughts?”
WHUD FM Spotlight Artist , Laurie Anne, is a small town farm girl whose influences came from the classic country albums that her dad would play and sing~never knowing how this would somehow, down the road, lead to her love for music. In the early 80's she formed a band with her brother.
Austin’s got no shortage of indie blues musicians whose music sounds great from a coffeehouse stage, but it only has a few who can put together the total package of eclectic, soulful jams and a stridently powerful voice the way that Jackie Venson can. On her new single, “Next Life,” that package delivers with a slow burn that builds from a snaking rhythm to a blistering guitar solo, all while Venson’s vocals veer from cool restraint to a soaring climax
Mark Wood’s dexterity, ferocity, texture and attack of playing almost invariably lead to comparisons with some of the rock era’s most renowned guitarists. Comparisons, however, cannot come close to capturing the electricity, passion, and innovation exhibited in all of his very unique music.
Michael Shulman is an incredible violin performing artist with over 25 years of experience, and a creator of a “Shred Violin” style. He has a distinctly unique sound that is impossible to mistake with anyone else. Musically it is strongly reminiscent with the Hard Rock and Metal guitar style of the 80’s.
Mark Maxwell (aka, Dr. SaxLove) is a prolific saxophonist, composer, and recording artist, and he’s one of the best-selling saxophonist in America.  His albums have sold over half a million copies, and his songs have streamed over 25,000,000 times.
