Biography: Ariel Bellvalaire
Ariel Bellvalaire is a guitarist, singer, songwriter, actress and performer from Windsor Connecticut. She writes catchy Pop-Rock music while implementing her signature lead guitar edge. As an unsigned artist, Ariel has accomplished an impressive presence on social media, accumulating over 1.8 million views on her YouTube channel, 52,000 plus Facebook followers, and has generated thousands of fans worldwide.  Ariel's musical journey began at age 10 as a singer for her first band, "No Comment", and she quickly began playing the bar scene. At age thirteen, Ariel found inspiration to pick up the guitar after hearing "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne on the radio. Fascinated by the iconic opening riff and legendary fretwork of her idol, Randy Rhoads, Ariel knew she was destined to play guitar. The guitar came very naturally to Ariel and she quickly began to learn advanced guitar techniques and the musical styles of her favorite players. At the age of sixteen, Ariel began composing her own original music and performing in venues across Connecticut. A year later, she began recording with producer Earl Cohen (Lady Gaga, Jessica Simpson). Ariel and her song "Take a Step Back" were featured in a national commercial on the NBC television network.  Shortly after graduating high school, Ariel packed her guitar and moved to New York City. Ariel recorded with top producers such as Tommy Faragher (Glee), shot music videos with her glam rock band which included Nik West, performed as a solo artist and with other acclaimed musicians, and has acted in TV and feature films including: "Orange is the New Black", "The Carrie Diaries", "Law and Order SVU", “Run All Night” (Starring Liam Neeson), “On the Case With Paula Zahn", "Voodoo Church" (Netflix), and has recently filmed a commercial playing guitar for GMC.  In October of 2014, Ariel was asked to play guitar and perform in the one night New York City Broadway show “Dearly Beloved” with Tony winner, Lena Hall, and Broadway stars, Robin De Jesus and E. Clayton Cornelius. Ariel's guitar performance captured the attention of Broadway Buzz and Playbill Magazine and was featured on their websites. Ariel's music combines her love of Rock guitar with catchy pop vocal melodies and upbeat rhythms. Now based in Los Angeles, Ariel recorded an EP with producer David Schuler (Pink, Ricki-Lee, Cher Lloyd) and released the songs on iTunes in 2015.  Ariel is now touring as a lead guitarist and singer for various accomplished artists in the United States and Europe. In between touring, she is currently working on her new solo EP with The Birdcall Productions (Meghan Trainor).
